Hello I’m Candice
I work with busy, thoughtful people — often professionals carrying a lot of responsibility — who want to feel calmer, more energised, and more at ease in their bodies and minds.
After experiencing sustained stress and exhaustion myself, I became deeply interested in practices that genuinely support balance and long-term wellbeing, rather than pushing us to do more. That experience shapes everything I offer today.
Through gentle yoga, qigong (a slow, flowing energy practice often described as meditation in motion), and deeply restorative practices such as Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra) and Yin Yoga, I create spaces where you can slow down, release tension, and replenish your energy.
My classes are calm, supportive, and accessible — designed for real life. You don’t need prior experience, flexibility, or a particular level of fitness. Each session offers options, allowing you to move and rest in a way that feels right for you.
Whether you join me for a weekly class, a workshop, or a retreat, my intention is the same: to offer time and space to pause, reset, and reconnect — so you can move through life feeling steadier, clearer, and more resourced.

Through mindful movement, breath, and deeply restorative practices, I help people slow down, release pressure, and reconnect with a more sustainable way of living and working
My approach is grounded in lived experience and evidence-informed practices, offering practical tools that support balance, clarity, and resilience — both on and off the mat.
My Regular Classes
Slow somatic movements mixed with Qigong
In China, Qigong is considered a preventative medicine. We will work with the Meridians (energy lines) clearing them from energy blockages.
You will feel energised, calm and your tensions released.
Deep rest to release stress & tension.Yin yoga involves holding poses for 3-5min to release muscles and tensions.
You will feel a profound state of relaxation, energy blockages released, your sleep improved.
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation with sound healing. Deep state of relaxation, stress & anxiety reduced, sleep quality improved.

I regularly offer day retreats and events that offer you the opportunity to move your body, release your nervous system and welcome in relaxation. From Yoga with Goats to Seasonal Day Retreats, each event is unique and you will be warmly welcomed!
