Hello I’m Candice

I work with people who are tired of feeling tired. Busy professionals, parents, people carrying a lot, anyone who needs a genuine pause rather than another thing on their to-do list.

After experiencing burnout myself during a demanding career in London, I became deeply committed to practices that restore rather than deplete. Today I teach yoga, Qigong, Yin and Yoga Nidra, gentle, nourishing movement and rest practices that help you release tension, sleep better, and feel more like yourself again.

My classes are calm, inclusive and completely beginner-friendly. You don't need experience, flexibility or fitness. Options are always given, the practice comes to meet you, not the other way around. Come exactly as you are.

I work with professionals and busy people who want to feel calmer, clearer, and more energised without adding another thing to their to-do list. Through mindful movement, breath, and deeply restorative practices, I help people slow down, release pressure, and reconnect with a more sustainable way of living and working

My approach is grounded in lived experience and evidence-informed practices, offering practical tools that support balance, clarity, and resilience — both on and off the mat.

My Regular Classes

A flowing, seasonal fusion of yoga and Qigong, playful, nature-inspired movements that build energy, release tension and leave you feeling more alive in your body.

Each term follows a new seasonal theme so the practice is always evolving. Every level welcome, complete beginners especially.

Slow, supported and deeply releasing.

Yin invites you to rest gently into poses while tension dissolves. Yoga Nidra goes even deeper, a guided relaxation with gentle sound healing where you simply lie down and let go. Many students say it's the best rest they get all week.
