Hello I’m Candice
I’m a Yoga Alliance Professionals accredited teacher with a passion for helping ambitious professionals and busy people move from stress and burnout to balance, clarity, and renewed energy.
Having once faced exhaustion and overwhelm myself, I now guide others to reconnect with their wellbeing through yoga, qigong, and mindfulness practices that are both accessible and deeply restorative.
My teaching includes Yoga Nidra, a nourishing practice for rest and rejuvenation, Yin Yoga to calm the mind and cultivate mindfulness, and qigong-inspired movement to restore vitality. I make my classes supportive and inclusive, offering options for all levels, including beginners.
I also teach children’s yoga, blending movement with creativity to inspire confidence, joy, and self-expression in a playful way.

My Regular Classes
Slow somatic movements mixed with Qigong
In China, Qigong is considered a preventative medicine. We will work with the Meridians (energy lines) clearing them from energy blockages.
You will feel energised, calm and your tensions released.
Beginners level, all levels.
Deep rest to release stress & tension.Yin yoga involves holding poses for 3-5min to release muscles and tensions.
You will feel a profound state of relaxation, energy blockages released, your sleep improved.
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation with sound healing. Deep state of relaxation, stress & anxiety reduced, sleep quality improved.

I regularly offer day retreats and events that offer you the opportunity to move your body, release your nervous system and welcome in relaxation. From Yoga with Goats to Seasonal Day Retreats, each event is unique and you will be warmly welcomed!

My classes are multi-sensory, weaving together music, dance, art, storytelling, props, and engaging yoga games. My goal is to help children develop self-regulation skills, build confidence, embrace their individuality, stay playful, and nourish their creativity through mindful yoga practice.
