Yoga Retreat for Inner Radiance
This retreat is for you if you feel depleted and need to recharge. Taking time to pause in a busy schedule is crucial to enable the body to recover, strengthen and reset your nervous system.
In qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is associated with the fire element. The primary emotion of summer in qigong is joy.

Yoga Picnic
Joined me for a relaxed picnic at Hildenborough Rec, we will gather with other participants of the yoga classes, share food and have fun.
Feel free to bring a friend, spouse and children.
Yoga with Goats
Do you enjoy nature and want to try something fun? You will see goats closely, infusing fun and calmness to your experience.
1 hour of Yoga and Qigong (beginners level) followed by a guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) with sound healing at the beginning and the end.

Stretch & Restore: Yin, Yoga Nidra
This workshop is for you if you feel depleted and need to recharge. You will feel energised, your tensions released and your energy replenished.
This retreat will give you time to pause and restore your energy while moving your body through Yin Yoga.

Yoga Retreat for Late Summer Reset
Beginners level, all levels.
The retreat is for you if you feel depleted and need to recharge.
The focus will be on grounding and balancing energy as the season shifts. It is ideal if you are feeling a bit “off” after summer indulgence or travel and want to reset.

Yoga Retreat for Bliss
This retreat is for you if you feel depleted and need to recharge.
In Qigong, we will focus on the Autumn season, the related meridians (or energy lines), the organs, their correlated emotions. We will clear the meridians, unlocking energy. You will feel energised, your tensions released, giving you a sense of bliss.

My friend and I attended Candice's recent Yoga with Goats class at Princess Christiam farm. We had such a lovely time. Yoga outside in the beautiful English sunshine surrounded by nature and 3 gentle goats, who slowly munched on their favourite snack around us. Yoga with Candice is great! Really enjoyed the yoga with goats in the Summer, this made me want to start a beginners course which included qigong. After joining Candice in a ‘Yoga With Goats’ session at Princess Christian Farm in Hildenborough in the Summer, I decided to sign up to her morning class as this fits in with my busy lifestyle however I’ve been lucky enough to join in on an evening class & I enjoyed that as much as I do my day class. I’m new to Yoga so needed a beginner’s class to start & Candice was very good at explaining what we’re doing & how it all helps our bodies & minds to gently heal & strengthen. Candice mixes up our classes with mindfulness, music, poetry & when the weather is fine, back to nature yoga outside in her beautiful gardens. Candice is super knowledgeable of all things yoga & knows how to support her students however we present on the day, making her completely diverse & inclusive.
