My Story
Energised, restored and grounded
These three words sum up how I feel today thanks to a regular yoga and qigong practice.
It wasn’t always this way. Years ago, I was living in London at the peak of my corporate career—constantly in demand, travelling frequently, and always on the go. From the outside it looked glamorous, but inside I felt exhausted, burnt out, and disconnected. I was plagued by back pain, stress, and sleepless nights. Life didn’t feel like living—it felt like coping.
Everything shifted when I discovered practices that truly replenished me. Through yoga, qigong, meditation, and mantra, I began to feel empowered and embodied. My energy and creativity returned, my sleep improved, and I felt a deeper sense of calm and clarity. Slowly, I reconnected with myself and found space for fresh ideas and meaningful projects.
Now, I share these practices with others—especially high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs who are feeling the heavy toll of stress and burnout. My teaching combines yoga and qigong fusion, yin yoga, and yoga nidra, offered in a way that is accessible for all levels, including beginners.
I currently teach in Kent, Tonbridge, online, and at various festivals, guiding people to move from burnout and overwhelm to balance, vitality, and inner peace. My mission is simple: to help you thrive, not just survive.
My Training
I graduated from the Triyoga London Daoist Flow 230-hour Teacher Training programme, led by Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer. I'm now part of the teaching faculty, supporting trainees in their learning and development.
I'm also a trained Yoga Nidra teacher, a deeply restorative relaxation practice. I completed my training at the Satyananda Yoga Centre, part of the Bihar School of Yoga.
My Yin Yoga training was completed with Norman Blair, also accredited by Yoga Alliance.
Additionally, I specialise in children’s yoga, initially training with Ayala Homossany, creator of Enchanted Wonders at Yoga Campus, where the emphasis was on empowering children through yoga and creativity. I've since enhanced my skills further with the Kumarah Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Training.
My mindfulness training comes from The Mindfulness Project, where I completed courses in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion.
My Qualifications

230 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course by Jean Hall, Mimi Kuo Deemer, TriYoga.
95 hours Children's Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance UK (Enchanted Wonders) and Yoga Alliance US (Kumarah Kids).
30 hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Norman Blair, Yoga Alliance accredited training.
36 hrs Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with Satyananda Yoga centre, Bihar School of Yoga.
