Enough of Being Tired?

For Women Who Are Done Running on Empty.

I know that place well. I spent years exhausted and kaput, unable to sleep properly, body aching and stiff as a board. I kept going because the earnings were high and stopping felt impossible. Eventually my body made the decision for me. I developed serious health conditions and it was only when surgery became a real possibility that I finally slowed down.

Yoga and qigong changed everything. Not because I pushed harder, but because I finally stopped.

That is what I help people do. Through gentle movement, breathwork and deeply restorative practices, I give you practical tools to regulate your nervous system, restore your energy and find a more sustainable way to live and work.

No experience needed. No flexibility required. Just come as you are.

You Might Not Call It Burnout But…

Most of my clients don't describe themselves as burnt out. They arrive saying they're tired. That they can't switch off. They noticed they used to be sharper and now they're just getting through.

Most of those whom I work with are sleeping badly, carrying a persistent mental load, and running on adrenaline which has become the new normal.

It isn't normal. Running on flight or fright is exhausting for the mind and the body. Change is possible.

Burnout does not arrive suddenly. It is a compounding effect which builds over months and years, until the body stops cooperating. I know because mine did.

Pema Chödrön

I spent years in corporate recruitment in London. Tax technology. Long hours, high billings, constant pressure.

From the outside it looked fine. From the inside I was exhausted, stiff, and couldn't remember the last time I'd properly rested.

Eventually my body made the decision for me. I developed serious health conditions. Surgery became a real possibility.

My Story: How I Stepped Off the Spinning Wheel

That is when I stopped. Not because I wanted to. Because I had no choice.

Yoga and Qigong didn't just help me recover. They gave me a completely different relationship with my body, my energy, and what it means to perform well.

I've been teaching ever since, because I know exactly what it feels like to be where you are.

How This Works

My approach combines:

  • Accessible yoga (beginner-friendly, no performance focus)

  • Qigong, a gentle “meditation in motion” energy practice

  • Breathwork

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra)

  • Practical conversations about pressure and recovery

I don't teach yoga for fitness. I teach it for recovery.

My approach draws on gentle yoga, Qigong (think meditation in motion, no experience needed), breathwork, and Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided rest practice that works even when your mind won't stop.

What makes this different is not the practices themselves. It's the way we use them. You learn to read your own nervous system. To notice when you're tipping toward depletion before you get there. To adjust, rather than push through.

That awareness is what changes things long term.

Enough of Being Tired – 12-Week Programme

My signature programme is designed for ambitious women in leadership roles who want sustainable performance without exhaustion.

Enough of Being Tired is a structured 12-week experience including:

  • Weekly live online sessions (30–60 minutes)

  • Session recordings for flexibility

  • Optional short practices between sessions

  • A private WhatsApp community

  • Direct access to me for support

  • Optional 1:1 upgrade for personalised guidance

The 12-week format is intentional.

It allows time to shift patterns, not just understand them intellectually. Many women find that three months creates sustainable habits that continue long after the programme ends.

This is about building steady energy, clearer thinking and the ability to rest without guilt.

You do not need to overhaul your life.

You just intelligent tools.

Frequently Asked Questions About Nervous System Support for Professionals

  • I primarily work with women in leadership and high-pressure professional roles, though men

who resonate with this approach are welcome too. Most of my clients manage teams, carry significant responsibility, and operate in environments shaped by targets, deadlines, and high expectations.

  • High-performing professionals often feel mentally switched on long after the workday ends.

Difficulty unwinding, restless sleep, persistent tension, and fluctuating energy are common experiences.

Many already exercise regularly or maintain high standards of productivity yet still notice signs of strain or depletion beneath the surface. What’s often missing is genuine nervous system restoration — not more performance.

  • Clients commonly notice:

    •  Better quality sleep and easier wind-down in the evenings

    •  The ability to switch off more fully after work

    •  More stable, sustainable energy

    •  A greater sense of internal calm, even during demanding periods

The first shift is often subtle but powerful: space. Space between work and home. Space between stress and reaction. Space to rest without guilt.

  • Yes. Many of my clients are already active. This work complements high-intensity training or demanding careers by addressing something different: nervous system regulation and true restoration.

    It’s about recovery, not exertion.

  • My work is designed specifically for high-responsibility professionals.

Rather than focusing on fitness or performance, I combine gentle yoga, Qigong (an energy

practice often described as meditation in motion), breathwork, Yin, and deep rest practices

within structured programmes designed to regulate the nervous system and build

    sustainable energy.

Having previously worked in high-pressure corporate environments, I understand the pace,

language, and expectations my clients operate within. The practices are intelligent,

accessible, and designed to integrate into demanding schedules.

  • I offer structured online courses, 1:1 sessions, workshops, and small-group retreats.

    Online Courses

My courses are designed specifically for professionals experiencing sustained stress or

depletion. Many clients find that a structured 3-month course works particularly well to build

sustainable practices, allowing time to reset patterns, integrate techniques, and experience

    meaningful change without adding pressure.

These programmes combine guided practices, education around stress and recovery, and

practical tools that fit around work and family life. They are designed not just to restore

energy, but to help prevent burnout before it takes hold.

  • No. Everything I teach is beginner-friendly and designed for people who may never have

considered themselves “yoga people.” The focus is on accessibility, safety, and practical

benefit — not performance or flexibility.

  • The best starting point is an initial conversation to explore what would support you most — whether that’s joining a course, working 1:1, or attending a retreat.

Each pathway is designed to be manageable, structured, and respectful of your time.
