One-to-One Sessions Just For You.

Sometimes a group class isn't quite the right fit. Maybe you're exhausted and need something deeply restorative. Maybe you're managing an injury, navigating burnout, or you simply want guidance without the pressure of keeping up.

Private sessions give you something a group class can't: my complete attention, and a practice designed entirely around you, your body, your energy, and what you need that day.

One session can help you feel better, a course of sessions takes you further. After a few sessions, you will notice:

  • Improved sleep and deeper rest

  • Increased energy and vitality

  • A calmer response to stress and pressure

  • Feeling more grounded and present

This is what a regular, personalised practice does.

Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to movement after a break, each session responds to where you are right now. We might explore gentle movement, breathwork, postural alignment, meditation, or deep relaxation. Every session is tailored to you, so the practice meets you exactly where you are.

My specialism is nervous system regulation, helping people who are depleted, stressed, or running on empty to genuinely restore.

Before your first session, I'll send you a short intake form so I already know your goals, your history, and what you're hoping to change. Before you’ve arrived, I'm already thinking of you.

Every private session includes:

✦ A tailored 60-minute session built around your needs on the day

✦ A pre-session intake form so we hit the ground running from the very first session

✦ A short practice sequence filmed on your phone during the session, so you have something real and personal to return to at home

✦ A guided relaxation recorded on your phone to use between sessions whenever you need to decompress

✦ A gentle follow-up check-in after each session

✦ Optional aromatherapy using essential oils where appropriate, particularly for nervous system and restorative sessions.

Prices & Booking

Single or Taster session: £85 for 60 minutes

Course of 6 sessions: £480 (£80 for 60 minutes). Ideal if you're working toward a specific goal or want to create lasting change over time.

Signature Session £120 for 90 minutes. For those wanting to go deeper. This extended session creates space for more: a longer guided relaxation, seasonal or elemental theming, and a fuller closing ritual. A beautiful gift for a birthday or special occasion.

Duo Session £125 for two people (60 minutes). For friends, partners, or colleagues wanting a shared practice designed around you both.

About me.

Candice Machtus | Yoga & Qigong Teacher

I trained in the Daoist Flow programme at Triyoga London with Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, and my teaching blends yoga and qigong with a focus on embodiment, alignment, and the breath.

I help ambitious professionals and busy people prevent burnout, restore energy, and find balance through yoga, Qigong (gentle, flowing energy practice), breathwork, and Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra).

My teaching blends accessible, restorative movement with mindfulness practices that fit into demanding schedules. I empower clients to listen to their own bodies, adapt their practice, and build sustainable energy and focus.
