Corporate Wellbeing & Workplace Support

From Someone Who's Been There

Your people are capable, committed and under sustained pressure. I give them practical tools that actually work, not just in a session, but back at their desk, at home, and in the moments that matter.

I design practical, grounded workshops, talks, programmes and retreats that give employees tools to manage pressure from the inside out, so teams can perform well without running on empty.

86% of people in the UK feel stressed at least one day a month, and with 11% saying they feel stressed every single day.

The Cost of Getting This Wrong

In high-pressure sectors, sustainable performance and retention are closely connected.

Sustained stress without adequate recovery increases the risk of:

  • Stress-related fatigue

  • Reduced focus and decision quality

  • Lower engagement

  • Increased burnout risk

  • Higher absence and turnover over time

Supporting employees in building simple, sustainable recovery habits can contribute to:

  • Improved clarity and concentration

  • Better emotional regulation under pressure

  • Greater resilience during demanding periods

  • Higher engagement

  • A workplace culture that values sustainable performance

This work is not about slowing ambition.

It is about protecting the people who carry responsibility every day.

Why I Do This Work

Before moving fully into wellbeing, I worked in corporate recruitment in London, specifically in tax technology.

I understand targets, billing pressure, and the culture of pushing through. I also know what happens when you don't stop.

My own burnout led to serious health consequences. That experience is why I do this work and why I design programmes that speak the language of high-performance environments rather than just talking about self-care.

Ongoing Wellbeing Support for Teams

Workplace Movement & Stress-Reduction Sessions

For organisations looking to embed wellbeing into the working week, I offer regular sessions that help employees integrate simple, effective tools into their daily routines.

Designed for a professional environment, these sessions focus on reducing stress, easing physical tension, and supporting mental clarity, in a way that feels realistic and sustainable at work.

Sessions support employees to:

  • Reduce tension from desk-based work

  • Improve posture and mobility

  • Learn simple breathing techniques to manage stress

  • Reset mentally during the working day

  • Leave work feeling clearer and more focused

Sessions can be delivered in person or online and adapted to your team’s schedule.

They work particularly well alongside workshops or wellbeing programmes, helping teams maintain the benefits and build lasting habits.

Outcomes for Your Organisation

Organisations I work with often notice:

  • Improved employee focus and presence

  • Greater awareness of stress signals

  • Increased energy and morale

  • A healthier, more sustainable performance culture

Small, consistent interventions can have a meaningful impact over time.
