Corporate Wellbeing & Workplace Support

Sustainable Performance for Finance & Professional Services Teams

Practical, accessible wellbeing support for high-pressure environments — delivered in person and online across the UK and Europe.

Modern finance and professional services teams operate under sustained pressure. Targets, deadlines and decision-making demands rarely pause — and over time, that level of responsibility can quietly impact focus, energy and resilience.

Corporate wellbeing is no longer a luxury. It is part of maintaining sustainable performance.

I design practical, grounded sessions that help employees manage pressure more effectively — so teams can perform well without running close to burnout.

86% of people in the UK feel stressed at least one day a month, and with 11% saying they feel stressed every single day.

Why Workplace Wellbeing Matters

In high-pressure sectors, sustainable performance and retention are closely connected.

Sustained stress without adequate recovery increases the risk of:

  • Stress-related fatigue

  • Reduced focus and decision quality

  • Lower engagement

  • Increased burnout risk

  • Higher absence and turnover over time

Supporting employees in building simple, sustainable recovery habits can contribute to:

  • Improved clarity and concentration

  • Better emotional regulation under pressure

  • Greater resilience during demanding periods

  • Higher engagement

  • A workplace culture that values sustainable performance

This work is not about slowing ambition.

It is about protecting the people who carry responsibility every day.

Why I Do This Work

Before moving fully into wellbeing, I worked in corporate recruitment within finance.

I understand deadlines, targets and the reality of high-performance environments from the inside. I also understand how easily recovery slips down the priority list — until it becomes a problem.

During a particularly demanding period in my own career, I experienced burnout. Mindful movement and breathwork became essential tools in rebuilding my clarity and capacity.

Today, I bring both perspectives: corporate experience and evidence-based wellbeing practices. Many of the organisations and individuals I now support operate in similar environments.

In a recent study participants’ rated the extent to which they felt yoga had improved seven aspects of health, 88% said yoga had improved their physical health, 86.2% mental health, 82.6% stress levels, 87.1% strength and 91.6% flexibility.

No prior yoga or mindfulness experience is needed. Everything is accessible, practical, and adapted to a professional setting.

  • Yes. I work with organisations across the UK and Europe, and online delivery works well for international teams and hybrid working structures.

  • Yes. Before training as a yoga and qigong teacher, I worked in high-pressure corporate roles myself.

I understand the pace, expectations, and culture — and I design programmes that speak the same language, without being fluffy or disconnected from reality.

  • It starts with a conversation.

We’ll explore what’s happening within your organisation and what would genuinely support your people. From there, I’ll design a programme that fits your culture, goals, and schedule.
