Before training as a yoga and qigong teacher, I spent many years in the corporate world and saw firsthand how chronic stress can impact both mental and physical health. During a particularly challenging period in my own career, I experienced burnout and discovered how transformative mindful movement and breathwork could be.

Today, I design tailored wellbeing programmes that help employees reconnect with their energy, clarity, and focus. Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices, teams gain practical tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and perform at their best—creating a healthier, more productive workplace.
