Corporate Wellbeing & Workplace Support
From Someone Who's Been There
Your people are capable, committed and under sustained pressure. I give them practical tools that actually work, not just in a session, but back at their desk, at home, and in the moments that matter.
I design practical, grounded workshops, talks, programmes and retreats that give employees tools to manage pressure from the inside out, so teams can perform well without running on empty.
86% of people in the UK feel stressed at least one day a month, and with 11% saying they feel stressed every single day.
– Study by Ciphr
The Cost of Getting This Wrong
In high-pressure sectors, sustainable performance and retention are closely connected.
Sustained stress without adequate recovery increases the risk of:
Stress-related fatigue
Reduced focus and decision quality
Lower engagement
Increased burnout risk
Higher absence and turnover over time
Supporting employees in building simple, sustainable recovery habits can contribute to:
Improved clarity and concentration
Better emotional regulation under pressure
Greater resilience during demanding periods
Higher engagement
A workplace culture that values sustainable performance
This work is not about slowing ambition.
It is about protecting the people who carry responsibility every day.
Why I Do This Work
Before moving fully into wellbeing, I worked in corporate recruitment in London, specifically in tax technology.
I understand targets, billing pressure, and the culture of pushing through. I also know what happens when you don't stop.
My own burnout led to serious health consequences. That experience is why I do this work and why I design programmes that speak the language of high-performance environments rather than just talking about self-care.

No. One of the biggest misconceptions about workplace wellbeing is that it requires a studio or lots of equipment.
Sessions can be delivered:
At desks
In a meeting room
In a dedicated wellbeing space
Fully online
No mats or special clothing are required, making it easy for people to take part without disruption.
-
Programmes combine gentle, intelligent movement (adapted yoga), qigong (a simple energy practice often described as meditation in motion), breathwork, and Deep Rest practices.
The focus is on nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and restoring energy — not fitness or performance.

Yes. Before training as a yoga and qigong teacher, I worked in high-pressure corporate roles myself.

It starts with a conversation.
We’ll explore what’s happening within your organisation and what would genuinely support your people. From there, I’ll design a programme that fits your culture, goals, and schedule.
