Helping to Prevent You From Burning Out.
For Ambitious Women in High-Responsibility Roles
You don’t need to be less ambitious.
You need your ambition to be sustainable.
I support women in leadership and senior professional roles who are operating under sustained pressure — and want to maintain success without running close to depletion.
Through structured nervous system work, movement and recovery practices, I help you protect your energy, improve sleep and build long-term capacity.
Why Burnout Prevention Matters
Burnout rarely arrives suddenly. It builds quietly.
Long hours. Emotional labour. Constant decision-making.
The inability to fully switch off.
Over time, this can lead to:
Light or disrupted sleep
Persistent mental load
Irritability or reactivity
Reduced clarity
Energy that never quite restores
You may not describe yourself as burnt out.
But you know you are not operating at your best.
Preventing burnout is significantly easier than recovering from it.
Feeling overwhelmed is not a personal failing — it’s a systemic issue. That’s why restoring balance to the nervous system and cultivating mindful self-care is essential for sustainable success.
My Story: From Overwhelm to Sustainable Energy
In my previous corporate career, life often looked successful from the outside. I was managing complex projects, travelling, and juggling responsibilities — yet inside, I felt constantly depleted, running on empty, and disconnected from my own wellbeing. I had fallen into the habit of never slowing down, believing that pushing through was the mark of strength.
Eventually, my body and mind gave me a wake-up call.
That’s when I began exploring practices that truly replenished me — yoga, qigong (a gentle, flowing energy practice), breathwork, meditation, and Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra). Over time, I learned how to pause, reset, and maintain energy without adding pressure.
Now, I guide professionals and busy people to prevent burnout before it takes hold. My approach blends mindful movement, somatic awareness, and restorative practices in ways that are accessible for all levels, helping people build sustainable energy, clarity, and resilience — so they can thrive, not just cope.
“63% of UK employees now show signs of burnout, such as exhaustion and disengagement — up from 51% two years ago.”
— MHFA England, 2024
How I Work on Burnout Prevention
My approach combines:
Accessible yoga (beginner-friendly, no performance focus)
Qigong — a gentle “meditation in motion” energy practice
Breathwork
Nervous system regulation
Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra)
Practical conversations about pressure and recovery
This is not about adding more to your schedule.
It is about learning how to recover properly so you can continue to lead well.
Rest Without Guilt – 12-Week Programme
My signature programme is designed for ambitious women who want sustainable performance without burnout.
Rest Without Guilt is a structured 12-week experience including:
Weekly live online sessions (30–60 minutes)
Session recordings for flexibility
Optional short practices between sessions
A private WhatsApp community
Direct access to me for support
Optional 1:1 upgrade for personalised guidance
The 12-week format is intentional.
It allows time to shift patterns — not just understand them intellectually. Many women find that three months creates sustainable habits that continue long after the programme ends.
This is about building steady energy, clearer thinking and the ability to rest without guilt.
You do not need to overhaul your life.
You need structured recovery and intelligent tools.
If you are ready to build capacity rather than constantly deplete it.

Frequently Asked Questions About Nervous System Support for Professionals
-
I primarily work with women in leadership and high-pressure professional roles, though men
who resonate with this approach are welcome too. Most of my clients manage teams, carry significant responsibility, and operate in environments shaped by targets, deadlines, and high expectations.
-
High-performing professionals often feel mentally switched on long after the workday ends.
Difficulty unwinding, restless sleep, persistent tension, and fluctuating energy are common experiences.
Many already exercise regularly or maintain high standards of productivity yet still notice signs of strain or depletion beneath the surface. What’s often missing is genuine nervous system restoration — not more performance.
-
Clients commonly notice:
Better quality sleep and easier wind-down in the evenings
The ability to switch off more fully after work
More stable, sustainable energy
A greater sense of internal calm, even during demanding periods
The first shift is often subtle but powerful: space. Space between work and home. Space between stress and reaction. Space to rest without guilt.
-
Yes. Many of my clients are already active. This work complements high-intensity training or demanding careers by addressing something different: nervous system regulation and true restoration.
It’s about recovery, not exertion.
-
My work is designed specifically for high-responsibility professionals.
Rather than focusing on fitness or performance, I combine gentle yoga, Qigong (an energy
practice often described as meditation in motion), breathwork, Yin, and deep rest practices
within structured programmes designed to regulate the nervous system and build
sustainable energy.
Having previously worked in high-pressure corporate environments, I understand the pace,
language, and expectations my clients operate within. The practices are intelligent,
accessible, and designed to integrate into demanding schedules.
-
I offer structured online courses, 1:1 sessions, workshops, and small-group retreats.
Online Courses
My courses are designed specifically for professionals experiencing sustained stress or
depletion. Many clients find that a structured 3-month course works particularly well to build
sustainable practices, allowing time to reset patterns, integrate techniques, and experience
meaningful change without adding pressure.
These programmes combine guided practices, education around stress and recovery, and
practical tools that fit around work and family life. They are designed not just to restore
energy, but to help prevent burnout before it takes hold.
1:1 Support
Personalised guidance tailored to your specific schedule, stress patterns, and goals.
Workshops & Retreats
Immersive, small-group experiences in calm, carefully held environments, ideal for deeper restoration.
-
No. Everything I teach is beginner-friendly and designed for people who may never have
considered themselves “yoga people.” The focus is on accessibility, safety, and practical
benefit — not performance or flexibility.
-
The best starting point is an initial conversation to explore what would support you most — whether that’s joining a course, working 1:1, or attending a retreat.
Each pathway is designed to be manageable, structured, and respectful of your time.
