Can't always make it in person? No problem. Every week you can join me live online via Zoom and experience exactly the same warm, nurturing class as those on the mat in Tonbridge.
All you need is a little space, a few props, and yourself. No experience needed, every class is beginner-friendly and options are always given so the practice comes to meet you, not the other way around.

How It Works
Once you've booked, a Zoom link will be sent to you shortly before class, that's all you need to get started.
For Yoga & Qigong classes, have a mat and a blanket to hand.
For Yin & Yoga Nidra classes, have a mat, a blanket, and a pair of blocks or firm cushions.

Yoga Nidra
Lie down, get completely comfortable, and simply listen. Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative guided relaxation .
Sometimes called yogic sleep, where you rest in that blissful place between waking and sleeping while gentle sound healing plays in the background. Many students say it's the best rest they get all week.
Yin Yoga
Slow, supported and deeply releasing. Yin yoga invites you to rest gently into poses for a few minutes at a time, letting the body soften and tension dissolve. No flexibility needed, every pose is fully supported and always adapted to suit you.
