This retreat is for you if you feel constantly tired, stretched thin, or pulled in too many directions and you want a deeper experience of letting go, slowing down, and reconnecting with yourself.

It’s designed to give your body and mind the space to release tension, replenish energy, and restore balance, so you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more resilient, with benefits that carry well beyond the day.

After running popular workshops, I noticed how much more grounded, calm, and balanced participants felt by the end.

Many shared that even a few hours of focused rest left them feeling restored but there was a desire to go deeper. To truly settle, release tension, and allow the body, mind, and energy to reset, I created this full-day retreat for those who want a more immersive experience.

In this immersive full-day retreat, you’ll move, rest, and reflect in ways that help your body release tension and your mind reset. By the end of the day, you’ll have practical tools, deep relaxation, and a sense of ease that carries well beyond the studio, into your home, work, and daily life.

What to expect

A day for deep rest and replenishment, giving your body and mind the time to fully release tension, restore energy, and reset.

  • Yoga & Qigong Flow: Gentle, mindful movements to release tension and restore flexibility.

  • Breathwork & Mindful Movement: Simple practices to calm your mind and energise your body.

  • Yin Yoga: Long-held poses to stretch deeply and create space in body and mind.

  • Yoga Nidra & Restorative Practices: Guided deep relaxation enhanced by sound healing.

  • Creative Reflection: Mindful craft activity to set intentions and nurture self-kindness.

  • Mindful Walk (optional): Connect with nature and integrate the morning’s practices.

  • Lunch & Refreshments: Vegan & gluten-free lunch, plus teas and cakes.

Retreat Schedule (10:00 am – 5:00 pm)

  • 10.00 am – Arrival, Introduction & Welcome Tea

  • 10.30 am – Morning Yoga & Qigong Flow

  • 12pm - Tea

  • 12.15-1 pm – Craft with Intention

  • 1 pm – Lunch (a nourishing & nurturing lunch provided)

  • 2 pm – Mindful Walk (optional)

  • 3 pm – Tea & Cake

  • 3.15 pm – Yin Yoga with Essential Oils

  • 4pm - Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing

  • 4.45 pm – Closing Circle & Reflection

  • 5:00 pm – Departure

We will meet in a beautiful, spacious studio with underfloor heating, surrounded by nature, perfect for a restorative full-day retreat.

  • 15 min drive from Tonbridge

  • Penshurst station is a 1-minute walk from the venue
