I’m Candice, a Nervous System Educator helping professionals recover from burnout and create sustainable success through mindful movement, breath, and mindset practices.
Burnout among professionals is increasingly common but recovery is possible.
I help ambitious, high-performing individuals move from exhaustion and overwhelm to sustainable success through evidence-informed practices that restore balance to the nervous system and nurture a more supportive mindset.
In my previous corporate career, I went through multiple episodes of burnout.
From the outside, life looked very successful. I was in demand, managing complex projects, travelling across Europe, and balancing family commitments. Inside, I was running on empty. I had fallen into the habit of never slowing down, believing that constant productivity, pushing through, and staying busy were the marks of strength and success.
Eventually, my body said no.
One day, I found myself sitting in my apartment, in the dark — my head pounding, my back in intense pain, unable to face the light or keep going. That day became my turning point.
I was already practising yoga, but I began to explore more deeply — studying the science of stress and the nervous system. Over time, I became a Nervous System Educator, passionate about helping others regulate their system through breath, movement, sound healing, and meditation.
From this experience, I developed a unique approach that integrates nervous system education, somatic awareness, and mindful mindset practices to help professionals recover from burnout and rediscover sustainable success.
