New to yoga & Qigong fusion? Curious but unsure where to start?

Qigong & Yoga fusion to relax your tensions, move slowly and be connected with your breath and inner landscape.

Qigong is an energy practice involving slow mindful movements. The practice has a nature theme and changes according to the seasons. You will release energy blockage in your meridians (energy pathways) and reinforce your immune system. In China, Qigong is used as a preventative medicine.

​​​You’ll be guided through:

  • Simple breath-led movement to release tension

  • Foundational postures to build confidence

  • Gentle Qigong to awaken your energy

  • Restorative yoga and deep relaxation to calm the nervous system

Leave feeling grounded, open, and clear — ready to step into regular classes with confidence.
