Join Candice, yoga & qigong teacher, and Bérengère, opera singer & vocal coach, for a unique experience combining movement, breath, and sound.
Together they invite you to reconnect with your body and explore the healing resonance of your own voice.

Your Voice as Medicine

Your voice is uniquely yours.
It connects you to the world and expresses who you are — yet it sits deep within, often unnoticed.
This retreat offers space to listen to your inner sound, bringing awareness, care, and curiosity to your voice.

Yoga & Qigong Practice

We begin with breathwork to settle and centre, followed by a gentle Yoga & Qigong session suitable for all levels.
Through mindful, flowing movements inspired by the winter season, you’ll release tension, enhance your energy, and support your immune system.

Qigong, often used in China as preventative medicine, works with the body’s meridians to restore balance and harmony. Your practice will close with a deluxe savasana — guided relaxation with soothing sound healing.

Vocal sound healing

In the second part, Bérengère will guide a meditative and restorative journey using breath and sound. You’ll explore resonance through different parts of the body and rediscover your authentic voice.

Suitable for everyone and especially beneficial for those with vocally demanding lives.
You’ll leave with simple tools to continue this internal sound healing at home.

Bérengère Mauduit is an opera singer with over 20 years’ experience in somatic education and holistic vocal development.

Restore & Integrate

We’ll close with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation practice that soothes the nervous system, releases muscular tension, and restores inner balance.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and ready to begin the New Year with renewed flow and vitality.
