Full Day Yoga Retreat in Tonbridge
Beginners welcome, all levels.
This retreat is for you if you feel depleted, stressed, or stuck in winter inertia, and need to recharge, restore, and reconnect. Taking a full day to pause in a busy schedule allows your body to recover, your nervous system to reset, and your mind to find calm.
When we become too busy, the body becomes tense and the mind anxious. Thomas Merton explained it this way:
"The rush and pressure of modern life are perhaps the most common form of contemporary violence. To allow oneself to be carried away by a multitude of conflicting concerns, to surrender to too many projects, to want to help everyone and everything is to succumb to the violence of our times."
This retreat offers space to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Expect slow yoga movements, Qigong, music, chimes, breathwork, deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, and opportunities for mindful reflection and creative expression.
What this full-day retreat includes
Yoga & Qigong Flow

Free Craniosacral Therapy
Enjoy a 30-minute Craniosacral Therapy session to support your nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. This gentle therapy is suitable for all participants. Limited slots are available, released gradually in our promotions.
